Photo - Picture Word Mats are a fun way share your memories, travels, or favorite activities, and they make great gifts for just about anyone and any occasion!
Each opening allows you to tape your own 4x6 photo to the back, allowing the picture to show through the opening. With a little imagination and some guidance from the experts you can create one-of-a-kind decor and gifts for yourself or someone special!
Our products are American made in Oklahoma and assembled with care by hand. Each framed picture mat comes assembled with glass, mat, backing, and hangers - ready for display on your wall!
Note: We only offer framed photo word mats. (Framing allows you to hang your mat, and they are custom sizes that would be much more expensive to have made elsewhere.)
Custom Mats
Custom Word Mats allow you to personalize your mat. Typically, these mats will be single, double, or triple lines
on either a single or double mat layer, and may include cutouts such as a football helmet, wedding bells, star, or animal that may be small and decorative or large enough for an additional photo. Picture openings are typically 3.5"x3.5", but do vary slightly depending on the number of openings. Your 4x6 photos work very nicely with these mats.
Engraving (V-grooving) on the top mat can be used to personalize with names, dates, quotes, etc. This allows the inner white core (or black if requested) of the mat to show through in contrast to the mat color. Several font styles are available.
Mat colors can be more specific to match school or wedding colors.
Frame choices include Black Oak, Dark Brown Rustic, Espresso (Chocolate Brown), and White, and when available we offer Ornate Gold, and Silver (add $5). Please check for availability on the Gold and Silver before completing your order.
These are few samples of Econoline mats. Only generic words and a few cutouts such as hearts and stars are used in these smaller sized mats. These come framed in Black Satin or Brown Wood Grain. Great for gifts, sports teams, and family memories!
This triple line mat is double matted with 2 mat colors, contains special openings, and is engraved on the top mat with names and date. Just one idea of the type of custom matting that can be done!

Econoline Mats
One low price of $24.95 includes a frame and one line of up to 9 letters on a single mat. For only $5 more you can create a mat up to 12 letters long.
We offer a wide variety of mat colors, including most school colors. Frame colors include Black Satin and Brown Wood Grain, with a rounded profile 1" wide. The picture openings are slightly smaller than custom size mats. (as small as 2.25"x3.5")
